I offer Gestalt psychotherapy and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) for adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, as well as those looking to change aspects of their lives.
A Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a Clinical Diploma, awarded by Metanoia Institute, one of the UK's leading psychotherapy training institutions. I am also a trained Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) coach.
I offer weekly, in-person sessions, at private consulting rooms on London's Regent Street, with online sessions also available. All are confidential and provide the appropriate mix of support and challenge to meet your needs.
Through psychotherapy, I work with clients experiencing difficulties in their daily lives, often the result of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and family and relationship issues, all of which can be compounded by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), as well as with those wanting to make changes in their lives.
I have specialist experience in supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse and trauma, as well as people with disabilities and their carers.
Through pain reprocessing therapy, I work with people experiencing chronic pain, including migraines, back ache, fibromyalgia, pelvic pain, joint pain and repetitive strain injury (RSI), as well as other chronic conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and interstitial cystitis (IC). I am also aware of how emotional and physical discomfort can co-exist, requiring a dual approach to therapy.
In person at Piccadilly Psychotherapy Practice on Monday mornings, Thursday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
